The Toulouse’s architecture is very rich to the warrant just wandering about the streets.

The core of this city is the Place Capitole that is over eastern, which occupies the vast façade over the City of Hall or the Capitole, WH. It is completed at 1759. The Hall’s bust is lined with galleries and it is frescoed rooms, the Duke for Wellington, at the end of Peninsular War in the year 1814 follows the last battle, fought closer by. These historic rooms are opened at 9am till 7pm everyday and about 10am to the weekends.


Gardens and parks in Toulouse

Caffarelli Jardin Compans Boulevard

This huge park has been created in the year 1981 in order to replace the former military barracks. Extended paths meander among the flowerbed and pond to reach the Garden of Japanese that is designed as a garden of traditional meditation. Raked gravel arithmetical design; artificial hills; a teahouse and a wooden bridge create a magical environment. At the distance end of a park, there is a large lake, along with a kid’s playground & a refreshments booth.

Jardin the plantes Mistral Allee Frederic

This park includes 3 large gardens that are connected through the footbridges above traffic: Jardin Royal, Grand Rond and the Jardin of Plantes. Wide lane wind around ancient trees, flowerbeds, ponds, and fountains, there are swing and pony-ride to the children.

The Palais of the Berbie

In the 2nd half of the century-13, the Albi Bishops undertook the building of the Palais of the Berbie close to Sainte-Cécile cathedral and the Tarn banks. This medieval structural design, with its walls for extraordinary thickness and height, encloses a court for honor and the keep.

The prelates who go after the Renaissance to the century -18 enlarged and transformed it onto a stately palace along with French style normal gardens and sumptuous salons. Situated in the centre of the city is historical, the Palais of la Berbie, scheduled as a historical memorial and it is one of the France’s good preserved Episcopal houses.
